In order to solve the problem of energy waste in low pressure water injection wells in oilfield water injection system,a piston pump driven by hydraulic pressure difference,which uses water as power fluid,is studied.The reciprocating booster pump driven by hydraulic pressure difference uses the water coming from water injection pipe network system as power source.according to the principle of energy conservation,the water coming from pipe network is converted into low pressure water and high pressure water respectively by using the pressure difference reciprocating drive device of the product,so as to realize the water injection process of high and low pressure water injection wells under the condition that the water coming pressure is lower than the water injection pressure of high pressure wells.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: using water from pipe network as the main power source,the water injection technology of high pressure well with water pressure lower than the injection pressure of high pressure well in pipe network is realized,and the problem of water injection in the same block between a few high pressure wells and low pressure wells in reciprocating booster pump driven by hydraulic pressure difference is solved;The overall design scheme of hydraulic pressure difference driven reciprocating booster pump,the structure scheme of key components,the working principle,working flow and pressurization principle of detailed parameters booster pump are put forward.The basic theories of hydrodynamic seal and static seal were studied.the length of gap seal,the number and depth of seal groove were simulated and analyzed.the optimized structural parameters were proposed based on the simulation results,which established a complete theoretical guarantee system for product design quality.The control method of remote start-stop and data monitoring of booster pump based on GPRS technology is proposed,which realizes the functions of remote start-stop and basic production data transmission of reciprocating booster pump driven by force differential pressure,reduces the cost of manual maintenance of booster pump,and increases the applicability and practicability of the device.A hydraulic pressure difference driven reciprocating booster pump device was developed,and the experimental research and application were carried out in the field.the detailed experimental data were obtained,and the possible causes of the failure were given,which laid a foundation for the further market expansion production and popularization and application of the product.
