With the continuous exploitation of domestic oilfields,the energy of oil layers declined.Water injection of oilfields is the main measure to supply the energy and maintain the pressure of oil layers and realizes the stable yield of the oilfields.Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption of water injection equipment and unreasonable allocation of injection pressure in the current oil fields,designing the energy-saving supercharged water injection device according to the situation of water injection of Gudao Oil District in Shengli oilfield in the paper.This device controls the direction of internal flow with mechanical reversing valve,thus controls the switch of the piston’s strokes,to realize the mechanism of reversion.The piston drives the plunger in double-acting plunger booster pump.Boost the flow in the plunger cylinder and realize the mechanism of booster.Boost the injection wells of high pressure without using high-power units.Firstly conducting a field research of domestic water injection oilfields and comparing domestic water injection equipment with abroad equipment.Finalizing the plan of energy-saving supercharged water injection device according to the requirements of Gudao Oil District in Shengli oilfield.After comparing two schemes,finalizing the designing plan in this paper.Defining preliminary parameters of the device and making statements of the selection of major parts according to the situation of the water injection oilfield.Secondly making particular theory calculation and structure designing of major parts in mechanical reversing valve and double-acting plunger booster pump.Conducting finite element analysis of main pressure-bearing parts in the device to prove the intensity of the parts meets requirements of the designing.Utilizing CFD software to make numerical simulation of mechanical reversing valve.According to the analysis results,finalizing the designing plan of valve core with the rectangular notch.Utilizing CSSW to make simulation analysis of hydraulic system and computing the velocity and displacement of piston,output pressure of high pressure flow.Proving the device has the reliable working stability to work.Finally completing the procession and assembly work of the prototype according to the machining drawings and assembly drawings of parts.Conducting the indoor pressure andfrictional test to prove that this device has the essential pressure-bearing ability,good sealing of safe operation and friction loss under the designing pressure.
