The basic well pattern of Xing-6?block has been under development for several decades,the flooded condition of the oil layers is serious and the residual oil distribution is highly fragmented,after the development of the ASP flooding,the non-perforated layer needs to be reperforated to control the inefficient and ineffective circulation of the flooded layers,further enlarge the swept volume of polymer and tap the potential of residual oil,so the timing of reperforating is particularly critical.Based on the 3D geologic modeling software Petrel,the current oil-water distribution is judged through simulation,the numerical simulation of well group timing optimization is carried out,there are three well groups of 33 schemes to study the variation law of the water content and the recovery rate were improved at the different timing of reperforating,including reperforating of the oil wells and water wells,oil wells(all the water wells are perforated)and water wells(all the oilr wells are perforated),the timing optimization of reperforating for different well groups is determined.
