After primary oil production and secondary oil production,most oil fields in our country have entered the late stage of development with high water cut.There are still a large number of remaining oil which has not been exploited and presents the characteristics of remaining oil distribution scattered and difficult to exploit.As a kind of oil displacement technology which can greatly improve oil recovery,ASP flooding is being gradually popularized and has been determined as one of the leading technologies for realizing sustainable and stable production in Daqing Oilfield.A large number of studies have shown that different slug injection methods in ASP flooding have obvious effects on the improvement of oil recovery.Therefore,the research carried out in this paper has theoretical guiding significance for enriching the application of ASP flooding and giving full play to the synergistic effect between chemical agents.In this paper,based on reservoir development and geological conditions of block X,reservoir engineering and enhanced oil recovery as theoretical basis,numerical simulation combined with indoor physical simulation experiment as technical means,the design and optimization of injection parameters of Block X ASP flooding was carried out.Firstly,according to the development status and reservoir physical properties of block X,the structural model and fault model are established by using numerical simulation software to reflect the real tectonic state of underground reservoir,and the sedimentary facies model and the attribute model under phase control are established.The accuracy of the model was checked by fitting.The historical data of actual oilfield development was used as the standard to modify and correct the model until the fitting accuracy met the requirements.The reserve fitting error was 1.17%,cumulative oil production error was 0.035%,and the coincidence rate of single well was above 75%.Secondly,by conducting polymer performance experiment,surfactant interface activity comparison experiment and ternary system performance evaluation experiment,the components suitable for the preparation of ternary composite system were optimized,which provided material basis for the later research.Finally,the numerical simulation software was used to predict and optimize the injection parameters of the ternary flooding scheme in the test area.Injection parameters of pre-polymer slug,ternary slug and protective slug were optimized,respectively.According to the influence of chemical injection concentration of each slug and injection size of each slug on the EOR effect of compound flooding,In order to determine the most suitable injection scheme for the oil reservoir in X test block,the purpose of improving the thickness of the oil reservoir,reducing the injection cost of the agent and improving the oil recovery rate is achieved.The numerical simulation results show that the optimal injection scheme of chemical concentration and slug combination in block X is: 0.045 PV pre-slug(CP=1600mg/L)+0.40 PV ASP main slug(CP=2000mg/L,CA=1.20wt%,CS=0.30wt%)+0.20 PV ASP auxiliary slug(CP=1800 mg/L,CA=1.00wt%,CS=0.20wt%)+0.20 PV rear plug(CP=1600mg/L),the recovery degree of the optimal ASP flooding scheme is 18.69%,and economic benefit analysis is carried out at the same time,it is determined that the scheme can obtain higher economic benefits.
