Research On The Influence Of Innovative Ability On Company Value

Innovation is the source and driving force of economic value,economic strategic strength and economic growth.As the most important emerging market economy in the world,China has embarked on the path of national innovation,transformation and upgrading and enterprise innovation.The promotion of China’s innovation driven strategy has enabled more and more enterprises to embark on the journey of innovation driven development.In order to promote the development of innovation ability,build a multi-level capital market system and find new economic growth points,the science and Innovation Board Based on scientific and technological innovation enterprises came into being.How to reflect the innovation contribution in the enterprise value of science and innovation board is the primary problem to be solved to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into market value and realize the two wheel drive of enterprise capital and technology.Based on the theory of enterprise innovation ability and enterprise value evaluation theory,this paper selects the elements of technology,manpower,process and customer innovation,and constructs a four-dimensional index system model of innovation ability.Using the scientific empirical method,this paper discusses and analyzes the impact of innovation ability on enterprise value,and studies the specific impact of each innovation capital on enterprise value.The conclusions of this paper show that: firstly,the core element driving enterprise value is the innovation ability of enterprises;Secondly,technological capital is the most important driving factor in enterprise value,and its driving force and effect are greater than human capital and material capital as a whole;Third,the driving effect of customer capital and process capital on the value of new material enterprises should not be ignored.The research of this paper can not only enrich the value theory of emerging innovative enterprises,but also have great significance for promoting the development of science and Innovation Board enterprises.
