The Research And Development Of The Train Inbound/Outbound Detection System For On-board Earthquake Emergency Treatment Device

In order to promote the ability of the high speed railway earthquake disaster reduction,enhance the level of high-speed railway earthquake monitoring,from 2012,China began to research on the theory and method of earthquake early warning scientifically and systematically.So far,the high-speed Railway Earthquake early-warning System has been successfully developed in China.The On-board Earthquake Emergency Treatment Device which is ready for porduction is an important part of it.Currently,test is the major method for checking the functions of each unit of the device,which also requires the full coordination of High-speed Railway Earthquske Early-warning and Monitoring System.To develope an intelligent and effective detection system for On-board Earthquake Emergency Treatment Device while train inbound/outbound is necessary.The paper is also studied for this requirement.Based on the investigation and analysis of the train inbound/outbound detection system for CIR and on-board device of ATP in our country,the paper developed a new detection mode,analyzed the hardware and interface requirements of the train inbound/outbound detection system for On-board Earthquake Emergency Treatment Device.The system requirements are analyzed from the brake control unit test,GSM-R communication unit test,On-board Earthquake Emergency Treatment Device test and data management,etc.The overall design,the overall logic structure,the system structure and the communication mode are developed.The system function,performance,interface,database and UI visual are also designed.The technical requirements of the system hardware are lay down and the application software of the system is developed based on the Android platform.The communication protocol in the detection process is also worked out.Through the above research,a train inbound/outbound detection system for On-board Earthquake Emergency Treatment Device has been developed which includes the hardware like earthquake detection device and earthquake detection server,the database and the application software for detection.It can provide the technology and products for the maintaining and management departments of On-board Earthquake Emergency Treatment Device which have great reference value and application value and promote the earthquake early warning technology with Chinese characteristics.
