Thermal stress calculation is necessary to the high temperature piping layout,to analysis the stress and displacement of the high temperature pipeline,and as a basis for the pipeline to make layout,to solve the thermal displacement of the pipeline caused by heat,also call pipe thermal compensation.The major of pipeline thermal compensation is installation compensation device and pipeline elastic compensation.The advantage of using compensation device is easy installation and large compensation,and the advantage of pipeline elastic compensation is no maintenance,and it can compensate according to the pipeline trend on site.Therefore,the elastic compensation of pipe is the first choice in the heat compensation of the pipe.It is of great significance to study the mode of elastic compensation for the layout of the pipe on the complex site.This paper takes a high pressure steam pipeline of Liuzhou chemical plant as an example,in the case of the old pipe rack load is unknown,the demolition of abandoned pipe on the pipe rack,and calculate the waste pipe loading to get new pipeline gravity load limit.Calculation for pipe rack in abandoned pipe cross-section obtained new pipeline lateral displacement limit.The basis of thermal stress calculation is introduced in this paper,and the calculation the stress of the new pipeline by analysis software UEsoft,and studied the research results of peers,summed up the reverse compensation,both square shape compensation method and large displacement angle compensation all three compensation methods,and put into engineering practice.Solve the problem of the load of the old pipe rack is unknown and the fixed point can not be set,the key fixed point can be removed.After tracking the operation of the pipeline after being put into operation,the pipeline is consistent with the design plan.It is proved that the three ways of compensation are feasible and have passed the actual engineering test,reducing the cost of construction.Provide reference for other colleagues to provide heat compensation for pipeline in complex conditions.
