This article analysis the factor that cause oil andgas transmission pipeline failure; put forward the suitable examination method fordifferent piping characteristics, and field test with Qian’an-Bbaodi pipe of Qin Jingpipeline for the example; carried on safe evaluation to the Qian’an-Bbaodi pipe of QinJing oil pipeline and gas inflation compressor piping from the some TE-A1403, the endput forward the repair project to the Qian’an-Bbaodi Chaobaihe pipe of Qin Jing pipeline.First, introduced a few kinds the main factor that arouse the oil and gas transmissionpipeline safe trouble.
