Nowadays,with the globalization of economy,the internationalization of enterprises is the inevitable requirement and trend of economic globalization.At the same time,more and more Chinese enterprises have realized that only by participating in international economic competition and cooperation actively can they win a place in the increasingly fierce competition.Therefore,many enterprises have marched into the overseas market and opened up the international market.However,the openness and complexity of the international market are more demanding for the enterprises that operate internationally.Enterprises need to formulate long-term and effective international strategic planning and improve their international competitiveness so as to achieve international operation and good economic benefits in the international market truly.China is the largest manufacturing country in the world.The rapid development of the industry which closely related to pearl materials has brought good opportunities for the development of the pearl material industry.In addition,the globalization of the economy has also provided a broad market for the development of the pearl material industry.Against this background,the enterprises of China’s pearl material industry should actively explore the international market and seek higher economic benefits and better development for the enterprises themselves.Based on the actual situation of the company,this paper studies the internationalization strategy of PM company.First of all,combining the relevant concepts and theories of international strategy,it is stated that the internationalization strategy is the inevitable trend and inevitable choice for the development of an enterprise.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of the company,disadvantages and advantages,so as to analyze the internal conditions of the company.Then we analyze the development trend of pearl industry from the perspective of global and China,the macro environment and competitive environment of the implementation of international operation by using PEST method and Potter’s five power models.After that,the SWOT matrix method and the analysis of target market,model and competition strategy are used to analyze the choice of PM company’s internationalization strategy.Finally,combined with the choice of its internationalization strategy,the relevant safeguard measures are put forward.It is hoped that through this research,we can find out a complete combing and planning for PM’s internationalization strategy,providing theoretical basis,which is conducive to the implementation of the company ’ s next international strategy.At the same time,it can also provides some reference and value for other enterprises in pearl industry to make and implement the internationalization strategy,so as to promote the implementation of "going global" strategy in Pearl Industry and promote the internationalization of Chinese enterprises.
