In recent years,China's foreign trade development forced bigger difficulties,export and import decreased both,because of the world economic slowdown,atrophy of the international market demand and the decline of the commodity price.Regional protectionism and trade barriers make the trade business different to process.According to the reality of international trade development situation,Chinese enterprises should adjust the international trade strategy and polity according to their strength and the change of external environment to enhance the position in the international trade arena.SX company is a professional manufacture of calcined kaolin of private enterprise,they have focused on develop domestic market and international market at the beginning of established date.But with the decrease of price,shrink of the international market demand,and the competition is intense,in domestic and oversea.They all restricted the development process of international market of SX company.For SX characteristics of medium-size private enterprises.First of all,mainly elaborates the international market situation and analysis the international marketing environment of effective target market,secondly,fixed the competitive position of SX company based on the marketing and strategic theory with the application of the Porter's Five Forth Model.To find out strength,weakness,threats and the opportunities of SX company by SWOT tool.Thirdly,fixed the market strategic of international marketing strategy,centralization target market strategy by STP.Finally,in order to ensure the process the strategy of SX company,it show the security measures such as training and management of international sales person,seeking capital injection and strengthen the construction of enterprise culture etc.Through the flexible used of the marketing and strategic theory,the marketing strategy and the suggesting offered in this fully meet the necessity of the reality,not only for the development of SX company itself,but also can be referred by the calcined kaolin manufacturer of Inner Mongolia.
