With the global climate problem becoming more and more serious,the survival and development of human beings are faced with severe challenges.Countries are aware of the harm of greenhouse gas emissions,and the realization of sustainable development of low-carbon economy has become the focus of attention.At the same time,governments have improved the development of low-carbon economy to a high strategic position,and formulated a series of polices and regulations to limit carbon emissions,such as carbon tax,carbon cap and carbon cap&trade,to encourage enterprises to reduce carbon emissions.Under the low-carbon environment,the manufacturing industries,which are carbon emission intensive companies,face great pressure to reduce emissions and have to consider reducing carbon emissions during production.Remanufacturing has been paid more and more attention,and it is possible to obtain more benefits with less carbon emission.However,apart from the general manufacturing,remanufacturing uses end of life product as materials.Generally,the quality of cores is not the same,the manufacturer should take into account the carbon emission constraints and the uncertainty of the quality of cores when making manufacturing/remanufacturing production decisions.In conclusion,based on the summary of the research on the hybrid manufacturing/remanufacturing production problem and the operation decisions under low-carbon environment,Production process of the hybrid manufacturing/remanufacturing will be analyzed.After analyzing uncertainties of production process,the production decision model with different carbon emission constraints will be established.This thesis contains the following three parts:(1)The analysis of the features and uncertainties of the hybrid manufacturing/remanufacturing.Uncertainty is one of the most important features in remanufacturing process,and the analysis of uncertainty is helpful to the construction of decision model.(2)Considering the uncertainty of the coers quality.The remanufacturing cost function,which reflects the uncertainty of the quality of cores,is established.The uncertainty of the cores quality is described by the change of remanufacturing cost.(3)In general,Consumers have different preferences for remanufactured products and new products.This paper analyzes the influence of the change of consumers' preference on the production decision and the profit of the manufacturer.(4)A numerial experical is focused on the analysis of the impact carborn emission constrains such as carborn tax,carbon cap and price of carbon trading on manufacturing/remanufacturing production decision,gross profit and carbon emission.The decision-making of manufacturing/remanufacturing will be studied in this paper,considering the uncertainty of the cores quality under the different carbon emission policies.In addition to enriching the theory of manufacturing/remanufacturing decision-making,this paper can provide guidance for enterprise's production decision and the formulation of carbon emission policy.
