Analysis On The Coupling Coordination Between The "New Four Modernizations" And The Eco-Environment In The Three Gorges Reservoir Area Of Chongqing, China

The three Gorges Reservoir area of Chongqing integrates the big city and the countryside,the big mountain area and the big reservoir area as a whole.It has not only the epoch mission of realizing the synchronous development of the "new four modernizations",but also the ecological task of protecting the green water and the green mountain.Based on the evaluation of the level of "new four modernizations" and the index of ecological environmental quality in the research area,this paper applies coupling index,coordination index and relative development index.From the whole and county scale of the research area and the four time nodes of 2000,2005,2010 and 2015,this paper studies the coupling and coordination between the "new four modernizations" and the ecological environment in the research area.(1)From 2000 to 2015,the comprehensive index of "new four modernizations" in the three Gorges Reservoir area of Chongqing has been improved obviously,but in the sub-index of "new four modernizations",informatization is a short board for the comprehensive development of "new four modernizations".The comprehensive index of "new four modernizations" shows low fluctuation growth stage from 2000 to 2004 and high growth stage from 2005 to 2010,and stable growth stage from 2010 to 2015.The comprehensive index of "new four modernizations" is more concentrated in spatial orientation and has obvious spatial distribution characteristics.It basically forms a pattern of taking the main urban area as the core,taking the outer region of the main city as the outer ring,and decreasing from southwest to northeast.(2)From 2000 to 2015,the eco-environmental quality index of all districts and counties in the three Gorges Reservoir area of Chongqing showed a small increase.The change characteristics of ecological pressure,ecological state and ecological response index are different.In the past 15 years,ecological pressure has changed from high to low,ecological state has changed from low to high,and the trend of ecological response has been relatively stable.From 2000 to 2015,the fragility of ecological environment in the three Gorges Reservoir area of Chongqing changed obviously in stages.The main feature of the vulnerability of ecological environment in 2000 ~ 2005 was a large increase,and the quality of ecological environment tended to deteriorate.From 2005 to 2015,the quality of ecological environment was gradually reduced,and the quality of ecological environment was gradually improved.The eco-environmental quality index shows that the center of gravity of high value has been transferred from the main urban area of the tail of the reservoir to the hilly area of the basin,the distribution range of the extreme value of the ecological environment quality has been reduced,and the reservoir area has become the "growth pole" of the ecological environment quality of the reservoir area.Promoting the improvement of the ecological environment quality in the reservoir area.(3)In the whole scale of Chongqing three Gorges Reservoir area from 2000 to 2015,the level of coupling and coordination between the "new four modernizations" and the ecological environment is limited,and the relative development index is not more than 1.Both the coordination index and the relative development index of county scale show tthe fluctuation range of the tail region counties in the three Gorges Reservoir area of Chongqing is larger than that in the hinterland counties.Therefore,it is necessary to deal with the relationship between the development of the "new four modernizations" and the protection of the ecological environment,and to promote the "new four modernizations" and the coordinated development of the ecological environment.(4)From 2000 to 2015,the coordination index and the relative development index of the three Gorges Reservoir area of Chongqing show obvious phenomenon of circle layer diffusion in space,and basically form a high level flake gathering area in the main urban area and spread to the surrounding area and county,which is affected by the distance between the main city and the city.A low level of lamellar agglomeration is formed in remote areas.Therefore,in order to realize the coordinated development of the "new four modernizations" and ecological environment in the reservoir area,the reservoir area should strengthen the infrastructure construction of the backward districts and counties,cultivate the central city of the reservoir area,and promote the development of the surrounding districts and counties.(5)The "new four modernizations" and the ecological environment in the three Gorges Reservoir area of Chongqing take the form of "gourd" and "gold tower" in the relative development state.After 2010,the "inverted pyramid" and the "water droplet" are shown in the relative development state.The coupling and coordination types of reservoir area develop too fast and polarize seriously,the structure of district and county is unreasonable,and it lacks the link function of middle district and county.In the future,the development of "new four modernizations" should be stable and the ecological environment construction should follow up.In order to promote the "new four modernizations" and ecological environment coordinated progress.
