| In recent years, it brings a series of eco-environmental issues that human have been concerned with the rapid development of economy. How to seek coordinated development between economy and environment has become universal attention, to achieve the economic and environmental coordinated development is one of the major strategic moves of sustainable development. There are double pressures that relative backward economy development and fragile ecological environment in three gorges region of Chongqing, due to the particularity of its geographical location, it is necessary to coordinate the development of eco-environment and economy, and the target is getting to double win phase. Fuling district is the industrial zone to promote the development of Chongqing three gorges; ecological environment protection pressure is more typical and prominent with accelerated industrialization and urbanization process. How to coordinate the ecological environment and economic development is a great demonstration to Chongqing three gorges.Fuling as study sample, the study period is from1997to2011years, the paper analysis the connotation, characteristics, basic theory of coordinated development of ecological environment and economy, based on the in-depth analysis of ecological environment and economic development present situation of Chongqing three gorges and Fuling district, establishing evaluation indicators system from ecological environment and economy aspects, including six target layers and24indicators, the paper calculates the ecological environment and economic benefits function value, development degree, coordination degree, and coordinated development degree by using of coordination degree model, at the same time draws trend graphs of the changing, at the last puts forward the countermeasures of promoting ecological environment and economic coordinated development, the main conclusion are as follows:(1)The ecological environment and the economy have been keeping sustainable development in the study period, the economic aggregate has been increasing, and quality of development have been improving, ecological environment treatment have been intensified, but it causes destruction of ecological environment in the process of economy development, the main problem are water pollution, soil erosion, frequent natural disasters and so on.(2) During the study period, the benefits value of ecological environment and economy show overall increasing trending, the development degree rises slowly, indicating that the ecological environment and economy keeping sustainable development and the development trend is well.(3) The degree of coordination between the ecological environment and economy of Fuling is high, coordinated development levels continue to rise, but the whole level at a relatively low state, it is low level of coordination. In the study period, except2001, Coordination degree value greater than0.87and show fluctuating trend. The coordination type is good, others are high-quality coordination; coordinated development degree was0.396in1997,0.659in2011, the coordinated development type is changed, transform mild disorders recession class from primary coordinating development class, the ecological environment and the economy is still at a relatively low level of coordinated development.(4)The paper bases on evaluation results, combines with the realities of the study area, it proposes some suggestion to promote the coordination development of ecological environment and economy. The suggestion are adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure, creating characteristic industries and developing circular economy, promoting the construction of ecological city, to strengthen the eco-environment improvement, Formulating eco-environmental protection regulatory policies, establishing the ecological compensation mechanism of ecological environment and economy coordinated development and so on that promote the coordinate development of ecological environment and economy... |
