The protection and management of the atmospheric environment are related to the future of human development.The monitoring and detection of the harmful gas components in the air is one of the necessary measures and important measures for fully understanding the atmospheric pollution and formulating the corresponding environmental protection policy.The toxic and harmful gases in the air are great harmful to the environment.Therefore,it is necessary to develop gas analysis device which is small in size,easy to carry,low in purchase and use,and capable of detecting the harmful gas components in the air in real time.It has important market value and application value.A new portable UV light gas analyzer is designed in this thesis and system structure,working principle and algorithm design of the ultraviolet UV light gas analysis platform are described in detail.The hardware platform uses Raspberry Pi and software uses Eric4 and Python-qt4 to build environment for embedded gas analyzer.In this dissertation use Python-SeaBreeze for secondary software development.Based on the principle of multi-superposition of Beer-Lambert law and absorbance,an iterative algorithm is proposed,which uses different UV-light absorption peaks at 190nm-290 nm,Multiple iterations of the loop until the same two adjacent gas concentration difference is less than a certain value,the last gas concentration can be obtained as the exact concentration of elemental gas.Experimental results show that UV gas analysis platform can read data from the spectrometer,and use the iterative algorithm to calculate the actual concentration of various elemental gases in the mixture.Also the precision error is less than 3%,which can meet the actual requirements of gas detection index.The Raspberry Pi embedded development is introduced into the ultraviolet spectrometer in the development process of flue gas,using the minimum cost to realize the accurate measurement of embedded system flue gas calculation of flue gas analyzer for portable compact,practical,intelligent,networked development to provide a new reference scheme.
