| Along with the national requirements for environmental protection is increasing,how to detect the factories discharge waste gas content of this problem to get attention.The scientific research level restriction,the spectrum analyzer for flue gas all concentrated in the infrared wave band,but nitrogen oxides for infrared band almost no absorption,so it is urgent to find a more effective research methods.In this paper,in combination with the research project,according to the characteristics of nitrogen oxides,summed up a design scheme of ultraviolet gas analyzer. Firstly the system light source,fume pretreatment device,gas analysis chamber and other components are introduced in detail,improve the instrument structure,meet the technical index of ultraviolet gas analyzer. After making analysis of absorption of many of the spectral theory on the performance of the equipment, and through the theoretical analysis and experimental verification of hybrid iterative algorithm is given based on circular iterative algorithm, extends the application of algorithms, and effectively solve the measurement precision of NO?,the measurement error can be constant within2%rang, meet the national environmental protection supervision departments request to this kind of environmental protection produce. At the end of this article gives this kind of instrument is applicable from the preparation to the set of data processing flow, and put forward the further improvement scheme. |
