| The waste water treatment system is a highly non-linear industrial process control system.The process of waste water treatment becomes extremely complicated due to the influence of influent flow,the uncertainty of the water component and the mixing influence of the surrounding environment such as weather,temperature and pH and so on.The characteristics of the waste water treatment process cause that the precise mathematical mechanism model is very difficult to establish.Therefore,the waste water treatment control is a great difficulty.The traditional Control method control level is low,which leads it that the waste water treatment effluent quality is not compliance,and the control performance is instable,and the energy consumption and operating costs are high.Therefore,the research on intelligent control method of waste water treatment process has far-reaching scientific significance and application value for the development of waste water treatment industry in China.In order to control the concentration of dissolved oxygen and nitrate in the wastewater treatment process,an optimal control strategy of wastewater treatment based on iterative ADP algorithm is proposed.Combining with the basic principles of the adaptive dynamic programming and neural network characteristics,We achieve online control of wastewater treatment.The main work of this paper includes the following contents:1.Wastewaster treatment process analysis.The paper deeply analysis the characteristics of the wastewater treatment process.The European Union Science and Technology Cooperation Organization(COST)and the International Water Association(IWA)proposed BSM1(Benchmark Simulation Model No.1)benchmark simulation.The BSM1 model mainly include the relationship between the composition of sewage,the microbial reaction process,the stoichiometric coefficient and the kinetic parameters of the biochemical pool.The activated sludge process are also analyzed in detail.Finally,the simulation experiments based on MATLAB verify the effectiveness of the BSM1 platform and provide technical support for the development of new control strategies.2.The optimal control of sewage treatment based on iterative ADP algorithm: In this paper,the optimal solution of wastewater treatment based on iterative ADP algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of dissolved oxygen concentration and nitrate concentration in wasterwater treatment process(WWTP)Control Strategy.In this strategy,the nonlinear dynamic model of the wastewater treatment process is not needed.It only needs the input and output information of the system.The self-learning ability of neural network make it infinitely approximate the characteristics of the nonlinear system.The optimal control strategy based on the iterative ADP algorithm is compared with the traditional control strategy.The results indicate that the iterative ADP algorithm not only improves the control precision of the wastewater treatment process,but also improves the control accuracy of the sewage treatment process.,And the system robustness is also significantly enhanced.3.The setpoint optimization of dissolved oxygen and nitrate concentration based on adaptive dynamic programming.It is designed to solve the problem of high energy consumption and operating costs of the wastewater plant equipment.According to the BSM1 model,the paper analysis the factors influencing the energy consumption and effluent quality of the wastewater treatment plant and the effect of dissolved oxygen and nitrate nitrogen on effluent quality,and then establish the objective function of the optimization model and the immediate cost of the optimal control based on the adaptive dynamic programming.Finally,the results of the simulation comparison experiment shows that the proposed optimization method can greatly reduce the energy consumption cost on the basis of ensuring the water quality.4.The intelligent wastewater control system design based on FameView and MATLAB communication.Intelligent algorithm for industrial control systems such as sewage treatment system is difficult to practical application of the problem.The paper puts forward an OPC technology based on the communication between MATLAB and a monitoring configuration software FameView to estate the wastewater processing intelligent forecasting system.According to some studies,MATLAB has complex algorithms for intelligent computing,real-time simulation of the function.The configuration software FameView can effectively monitor the entire process system as a monitor in the industrial field.The OPC technology can effectively realize the communication function of two software application interfaces.Therefore,the paper uses OPC technology to sample real-time data according to the actual requirements of industrial field,using the monitoring configuration software FameView as the system master,and MATLAB as the background application program for complex algorithm operations,parameters online real-time tuning,system simulation and other functions.It not only gives full use of the advantages of FameView and MATLAB their respectively,to achieve the perfect control of the industrial site.Due to environmental constraints,the systems used in the paper are used for the intelligent prediction of effluent quality,but theoretically,the relevant environmental management and actual wastewater treatment plants are provided with more efficient,more accurate and easier to operate Method,and the prediction results are displayed through the configuration software Fame View intuitively,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the control of the relevant decision makers of the WWTP to prevent the occurrence of excessive water quality.At the same time,the realization of the technology is provided for the realization of the intelligent control of the sewage treatment technical support. |
