Assessment On Social Values Of Wetland Ecosystem Service Based On SolVES Model

The over-exploitation of the ecosystem mainly is because the lacking of the assessment of the social value of ecosystem services.The wetland ecosystem is rich in species,and it is an important environmental condition for the survival and development of human society.The evaluation of the social value of the wetland ecosystem services is of great significance to understand and bring wetland ecosystem service into full play.Taking Xi’an Chan Ba Wetland Park as the study area,the status of ecosystem service value was evaluated and the relationship between the social value and the park road,water,wetland three natural resources were also analyzed in this paper;meanwhile,the value transfer module of SolVES model was used to predict the social value of maiden spring scenic spot in He Chuan wetland,and the validity of the model was tested in the end.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The Social Value Point of Xi’an Chanba National Wetland Park mainly were concentrated in bird-watching tower,science museum,Zhu Zhou Huan Bi,Jianjia South Lake and Jianjia North Lake region;the value index of the aesthetics,biodiversity,sustainable life and future value of social value in Xi’an Chanba National Wetland Park was gradually decreased.(2)With the increase of distance to road and the value index of aesthetic value,the value of biodiversity has decreased,while the value index and the future value of sustainable value of life increases slightly;As distance from water increases,the index of the aesthetics,biodiversity,sustainability of life and the value indices of future were decreasing;With the increase of wetland distance,the value of aesthetic,biodiversity,sustainable life were gradually decreased,while the index of future value was increased.Visitors have a deeper recreational experience of accessible and observable areas.(3)Recreational motivation plays a decisive role in the choice of parks,and most of the visitors in the bird watching group are birds perching areas with wide vision.While the tourists in the wetland tour group prefer the areas with relatively concentrated distribution of animals and plants in the park.To maintain the good ecological environment of Xi’an Chanba National Wetland Park and to balance the allocation of recreational resources will promote the exertion of the social value of the wetland park ecosystem.(4)The SolVES model value transfer module prediction results show that the sustainable value of life in Chunvquan scenic spot is the highest,the future value is the second,and the value of aesthetics and biodiversity is the lowest.The result of value transfer and the social value index produced by chunvquan actual investigation are tested.The error rate of transfer and the difference of simple value are both acceptable,and the result of value transfer is effective.(5)The results of this paper show that the SolVES model has a good applicability for evaluating the social value of the region with good recognition.At the same time,the value transfer module of SolVES model can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the social value of ecosystem services.The evaluation of the social value of ecosystem service,the display of spatial distribution of social value and the analysis of the relationship between natural resource conditions and social value provide theoretical guidance for the development and construction of ecosystem in the study area,and it also provides a reference for improving the status of regional ecological environment and the realization of beautiful China.
