In systems with variable transmission ratios,non-circular gears are used to provide a stable transmission ratio and high efficiency.However,the large number of non-circular gears,design and calculation of very difficulties and high processing limitations,so its popularity is difficult to promote.With the rapid development of computer technology,non-circular gear design and manufacturing technology has injected new vitality.However,many problems in the processing of non-circular gears have not yet been solved.In particular,due to the limitation of hobbing,the value of hobbing non-circular gear technology has not been given due importance.Based on this,this paper studies and discusses the NC machining technology of non-circular gear hobbing,the main research contents are as follows:1.Based on the principle of unfolding motion and the characteristics of non-circular gear,the four-axis and five-axis model of non-circular gear are established by the tool and rack method and the actual length of the hob is reduced by the axial trowel problem.2.The non-circular gear spline interpolation method is proposed.The interpolation method can improve the interpolation accuracy,reduce the speed fluctuation of each moving axis,and effectively avoid the system vibration caused by the speed change.And the precision of spline interpolation and linear interpolation,the speed of each axis is simulated by MATLAB,the reliability of the algorithm is verified.3.According to the problem of imperfect machining of non-circular gears,aiming at the matching function of non-circular gears to the knives and knives,the maximum efficiency of unit time is taken as the objective function,and the machine tool performance and the maximum dynamic load of transmission parts are restrained functions.The optimization model of non-circular gear hobbing process parameters was established and finally solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm.4.The use of machine programming,machine control under the establishment of non-circular gear hob NC machining system.On the position of industrial PC as the core,equipped with Windows XP system to achieve system management and the realization of secondary development;the next seat to PMAC multi-axis motion control card as the core,the control of the axes of motion.The secondary development on the host computer through the Windows platform on the VB6.0 application developed object-oriented processing interface to achieve non-circular gear automation.
