Tea Furniture Design Based On Original Re-Combined Arc Bamboo

With the rapid development of our country's economy,people's life has changed dramatically in every aspect.As a kind of leisure furniture specially designed for tea enthusiast,tea furniture is becoming more and more popular with consumers.However,throughout the entire furniture market,few people carry on a thorough and innovative design to tea furniture.Most of the tea furniture have lower cost-effective,styles are too single,the shapes are not beautiful enough,the use of materials is conservative.Therefore,there is less choices for consumers to choose from.Based on this situation,this paper choose and apply a new type of glued laminated bamboo——original re-combined arc bamboo,to carry out the design of tea furniture.Consider the tea furniture as design object,the innovative design of tea furniture was carried out based on the wood properties and special texture of original re-combined arc bamboo.Through the early research and analysis of tea culture and tea furniture at home and abroad,the development of tea furniture market at home and abroad is understood,and the feasibility and rationality of developing tea furniture design are made clear.Then,the concept,characteristics and classification of tea furniture are expounded.Besides,the design expressiveness of original re-combined arc bamboo was also analyzed from three aspects:morphological expressiveness,color expressiveness and texture expressiveness.In the aspect of form expression,it has stable size and shape as well as good shaping property,in the aspect of color expression,it has fresh and elegant natural color or a variety of artificial colors;in terms of texture performance,it has clear texture characteristics,flexible texture combination and variable artificial texture.Based on the above principles,the tea furniture market research and consumer demand analysis is carried out,statistics of relevant data and the current lack of tea furniture in the market are summarized,and product is positioned from the shape,color,structure,materials,style,price and other aspects.In shape,simple and generous shapes are more popular with consumers;in color:consumers prefer raw wood or carbonized colors;and in structure:the traditional tenon structures can meet the demand,there is no need for complex structures;in terms of material:environmentally friendly solid wood or bamboo is acceptable.In style:consumers prefer the new Chinese style or Chinese style;in the price aspect:interviewee paid more attention to the cost performance,the product with medium price is more popular.Finally,according to the design purpose,three schemes are designed,they are"Gentlemen as Bamboo","Elixir of Love" and "Chen Xin Ru Yi".One of the schemes is selected to make the model.Through this design practice,the understanding of tea furniture and original re-combined arc bamboo was deepened.It lays a solid foundation for the design of tea furniture based on original re-combined arc bamboo.
