| Numerical control(NC)lathe is a significant equipment manufacturing depends on for existence.Conducting NC transformation on the existing general lathes is of large potential,wide range,quick return and small investment,which is not only consistent with our national circumstances,but of significant acceleration on manufacturing technological progress.Therefore,research on general lathe’s NC transformation is of great significance.With the continuous development of embedded technology and control technology,applying embedded technology to NC system and achieving automation and intelligent control for the XY worktable of transformed lathe system become a research hotspot in the current general lathe NC transformation.XY worktable integrating embedded technology has improved the stability,automation and intelligence degrees of the transformed lathe,which has important and practical values for satisfying all requirements from users.This passage mainly researches on the design of XY worktable’s control system and application software during the process of general lathe NC transformation,aiming at achieving XY worktable’s intelligent control with ARM microprocessor and DSP action-controlling unit.(1)A general scheme of the control system based on ARM microprocessor and DSP motion control unit is constructed in this paper.According to the key technologies of system development,the concept and basic characteristics of embedded system and embedded processor are described in this paper.The DSP digital signal processing technology and its algorithm are introduced.The hardware development platform and software development platform of the control system are analyzed.(2)In detail introduces the s3c2440a processor peripheral circuit design,including the crystal/reset circuit,clock circuit,ram,and so on;gives the liquid crystal display circuit design;from the serial communication module,JTAG debug module,Ethernet interface circuit,and the power supply system design aspects of communication module circuit of the detailed design,for CNC lathe XY worktable movement control,analyzes the motion control DSP core selection basis,the design of the spindle motor control as well as the arm and DSP communication circuit.(3)Combined with the embedded CNC lathe system XY control system hardware circuit structure,design the control system software program,established the system to achieve the overall software flow chart.The software design of motion control card is described in detail.The process flow and the functional requirement of the application software of CNC lathe XY are studied in detail.(4)It is proved that the control system in this paper is reasonable and feasible by testing the motor and processing information. |
