| As a class of important organic synthesis intermediates in the field of organic synthesis,alkenylboronates has important research significance and application value.Among them,the multi-substituted alkenylboronates is also a class of important organic intermediates,which can be used for the synthesis of poly-substituted alkenyl compounds.At the same time,partially substituted alkenylboronates and the corresponding alkenyl compounds in the field of biomedicine and material also have extensive application.Therefore,the synthesis of acyclohexenyl boron compounds has been the concern of the majority of scientific research workers.Herein,we use a relatively simple palladium-catalyzed formal carboboration reaction of alkyne to synthesize cycloalkenyl boron compounds.The reaction takes alkyne and B2Pin2 as raw materials,and the carboboration of alkynes occurs under palladium catalysis.The results show that the method has good yield and wide applicability.At the same time,we have a preliminary discussion of the reaction mechanism of the reaction. |
