| Steel production of China has maintained No.1 in the world for 18 years.Iron and steel industry is an important basic industry of our national economy and pillar industry of implementation of new type industrialization.At the same time,iron and steel industry is an energy consumption and emissions of atmospheric pollutants industry.Presented high pollution,high material consumption and high energy consumption this "three high" situation has seriously hampered the development of low carbon economy in our country.Therefore,strengthen the energy saving and emission reduction of iron and steel industry plays a pivotal role in the energy saving and emission reduction of China.With the rapid development of iron and steel industry energy saving system theory and technology,as well as the spread and implementation of technology in iron and steel enterprises,Iron and steel industry of China has made remarkable energy-saving achievements.However,there still exist a certain gap with the world’s advanced countries.At present,the demand for energy saving and emission reduction in iron and steel industry of China has been turned from single process,single equipment to steering system level.The existing energy consumption optimization model research is lack of the whole enterprise system.On this basis,this paper analyzed the material flow and energy flow of Chinese iron and steel enterprise,which showed that the energy consumption of iron and steel enterprise was high.The index system was established according to the analysis results.By delimitating and classifying of iron and steel enterprise production system and basing on the MIND method and using visualization software ReMIND as modeling platform to build out the whole process energy consumption optimization of the network model of the iron and steel enterprises.The model took the total energy consumption of iron and steel enterprises as the objective function.Constraint conditions of the model included system constraints and process constraints,amounted to 209 items.The model included 179 optimization variables.Taking a domestic iron and steel enterprise as an example,the model was applied to the iron and steel enterprise for energy consumption optimization analysis,and the influence of the advanced energy saving and emission reduction technologies on the enterprise energy consumption was analyzed.Results showed that:After optimization,the total energy consumption of the enterprise decreased by 9.52%,the comprehensive energy consumption per ton steel reduced by 69.63kgce/t.Total energy generation in the whole process,energy consumption and energy supplement was floating in some degrees.The amount of waste heat recovery was also increased in some degrees.In which,coking process increased by 21.07kgce/t steel ranked the first.The recovery of the byproduct gas glowed in some degrees.In which,blast furnace gas increased by 15.50kgce/t ranked the first.After the optimization,the power structure of the enterprise also occurred some changes.The power consumption of the whole plant was provided by the power supply.Among the advanced energy-saving and emission reduction technologies,all the technologies had some effect on energy saving of the enterprise.Among them,coal moisture control technology reduced by 4.60%and had the biggest impact on the comprehensive energy consumption per ton steel. |
