| The object in metallurgical thermal engineering mainly includes metallurgical industry, joint ventures, production workshop (process), individual equipment and equipment parts. With the rapid development of the system energy conservation theory and technology, the system energy conservation got more and more recognition and promotion. In recent years, much research was done on the system energy conservation and energy consumption characteristic in metallurgical industry, joint ventures, production workshop (process), with gratifying achievement. Needless to say, monomer thermal device was the most fundamental level in the five aspects. Energy consumption of thermal equipment influenced the system energy conservation seriously. Therefore, this study focus focused on energy consumption of thermal equipment, and carried out the following work:(1) Analysis the thermal characteristics of production equipment in iron and steel enterprise, build equipment optimal utilization model.According to the definition of the process energy consumption, point out the essence of energy saving:reducing the energy consumption of the supply side and recovering the wasted heat resource from the output side, does not mean the lowest but the most suitable consumption, that is, never supply excess thermal load to thermal equipment. Find out the best energy consumption and calculate the minimum consumption of equipment with the method of Static estimation. Arrange the equipment in accordance with the "determine the production by the efficiency" mode.(2) With the consumption fluctuations of material flow and energy flow as a reference the research studies the energy consumption and collaborative optimization of production process.Put forward to the definition of equilibrium degree which describes the consumption fluctuation of material flow and energy flow, drift rate and the degree of economic equilibrium; According to the actual production situation, the research analysis the relationship between material flow fluctuation and energy consumption in the process of continuous production and put out the factors that influence the energy consumption: the coincidence degree between the production fluctuations and economic material flow production; with the target of maximizing energy consumption equilibrium, establish collaborative operating model of intermittent operation equipment group, and studies the influences to energy consumption equilibrium by material flow fluctuation.(3) Combined with the minimum energy consumption and balance production, and control the optimal production distribution of joint production.Setting the target of smallest total consumption and biggest economic equilibrium degree, Establish production optimization allocation model of joint production, and studies the adjustment strategy of operation equipment in joint production, so as to ensure the minimum consumption of operation equipment, the best energy consumption of joint production process and the best collaborative operation mode. |
