Design Of Chain Expansion Boltassembly Machine

With the rapid development of the expansion bolt industry,the assembly work of the expansion bolt has also received extensive attention.Therefore,more and more manufacturers are committed to the expansion of the bolt assembly machine.However,the current domestic existing assembly machines are mostly semi automated assembly.It need the manual identification for the tidy tube expanding head and tail end and then sent to the assembly machine for assembly.The assembly speed is slow and the price is high,the reliability of the assembly can not be guaranteed,so that the competitiveness of the product is reduced.In this paper,we study and design a new type of chain expansion bolt assembly machine.The chain expansion bolt assembly machine adaptability is good,a device can be completed the same type of various sizes of the assembly work.The automatic control device which is formed by “mechanical pneumatic PLC control” makes the assembly machine work with high efficiency,high reliability and high automation degree.The main work of this is as follows:(1)Analyze on the functional requirements of chain expansion bolt assembly machine.According to the different characteristics of each part of the expansion bolt,the predetermined action of assembly is determined.Analyze on the design requirements of each device.Finally,the overall design scheme is determined.(2)According to the overall design scheme,give the basic parameters of the assembly machine,each of the assembly machine design.Giving the device explosion diagram.(3)Using 3D modeling software to complete the design of the device assembly,and give the whole assembly drawing,to ensure that the design is reasonable.(4)Based on the mechanical structure,design the equipment of control system.including the pneumatic transmission system and the PLC to realize automatic control of equipment.Giving the preparation of PLC control program and simulating it to verify it's correctness and feasibility.
