Automatic flat press die cutting machine is the special equipment for the printing and packaging industry,such as paper products.Intermittent conveyor chain as the core part of the die,the task is to bring the paper into the positioning,molding,stamping,cleaning waste and other units,the completion of the printing process,the performance of its work directly or indirectly affect the die cutting speed and precision.The outside intermittent transmission chain as a component in realizing intermittent movement,die-cutting machine is the most commonly used actuators.In the actual production,because of the die-cutting machine with high-speed characteristics.As the key part of the intermittent transmission chain dynamic performance on the whole machine performance and machining precision has a crucial impact.The automatic die-cutting machine main chain wheel intermittent drive mechanism is considered as the object of study,on chain system,driving wheel,from the wheel vibration response,then the movement characteristics of the parallel indexing CAM mechanism are studied and analyzed,the main sprocket drive system is designed and checked,eventually the overall dynamic performance of the sprocket intermittent mechanism is obtained.
