| Bind clip was widely used as stationery,which has a great of market demand.Due to the low cost of single binder clip,so binder clips were assembled by handwork currently.However,the intensity of labor is big when manual assembly,repeated boring process and low production efficiency,so it can't meet the development needs of the market.Therefore,a set of binder clip automated assembled system becomes the key to the development of the enterprise.This topic researched the assembly steps of binder clip,independently designed and developed a set of binder clip automatic assembly system,built a platform for it,and made some achievements.The main results of this study are as follows:1?Introduced the development status of automatic assembly machine and existing research results of binder clip automatic assembly machine.2?Expounded the binder clip assembly steps of automatic assembly machine,described the design concepts of several key institutions and operational mechanism in detailed,and introduced the matching process between the parts.3?Made the static analysis for three important components of binder clip automatic assembly machine,then used MATLAB to draft curves to obtain some parameters.Optimized design organization and selected the drive,according to the parameters4?According to the control requirements chose SIEMENS S7-200 224CN PLC as the controller.Built a control platform and used STEP7-Micro/WIN4.0 to programming,achieved operations such as the continuous action,single-step action,stop reset and so on,completed the assembly tasks.5?Made the dynamic simulation for the experimental platform and obtained important parameters about exercise time and pressure,debugged the platform to achieve optimal assembly effect at last.This paper designed a set of binder clip automatic assembly systems,and achieved a series of automated actions such as delivery,assembly,feeding and discharging.Used the PLC to control and get maximum assembly efficiency by experiments. |
