The Application Research Of Contingency Control System System In Tobacco Industry

At present,people pay more and more attention to safety emergency treatment and prevention in all walks of life.Various industries are mostly to establish emergency warning response mechanism to improve the ability of emergency prevention."Emergency contingency plans" issued by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration clearly pointed out,"Establish the emergency monitoring and warning system,and enhance the ability of emergency warning and disaster investigation and daily monitoring to grasp the situation of emergencies and disasters".In this thesis,the functional requirements and business process of the emergency command system in tobacco industry are researched and analyzed,and an emergency command service management system for tobacco industry is designed and implemented.The main research content is as follows:(1)Conducted the in-depth research of business mode of tobacco industry and emergency command system functional requirements in tobacco industry,based on the investigation carried on the construction of application system.(2)Planed the detailed business process of emergency command system in tobacco industry business,and establish a complete business process including the daily processing,alarm screen,emergency response and late treatment of emergency command service management system.(3)Provided solutions of emergency command system in tobacco industry,and implemented the emergency command service management system based on SOA design patterns and JavaEE technology,and explained the function and application.(4)Designed and developed a terminal program with the function of "Mobile One-button Alarm",which expanded the coverage of emergency commanding system,to ensure the personal safety of Tobacco Monopoly executors during the law enforcement process.This thesis investigated and studied the business characteristics and requirements of the emergency command system for tobacco industry,and developed an emergency command service management system which has been successfully applied.The design idea and model is valuable and can also be applied to the emergency command service management system for other industries.
