A national auto industry ability could reflect the comprehensive strength of the modern industry.In recent years,the Chinese government and institutional supports auto enterprises,increasing investment in automobile industry development process,in order to improve our country's industrial strength,but still with the technical level of developed countries such as Europe and the United States,a big gap.Auto manufacturing technology in the most demanding of 3 big manufacturing technology level,which should be the breakthrough of the automobile body covering parts is relatively easy.This article simply describes the development history of automotive covering panel stamping forming process,and also briefly introduces the source of the finite element method is proposed and its basic theory.In the computer aided engineering(CAE)is commonly used in sheet metal stamping simulation software DYNAFORM,after introduce of a car body fender DYNAFORM the deep drawing process of numerical simulation.The advantage of CAE simulation is:it is the result of simulation can be displayed in the form of pictures.Such advantage is that can be intuitive to observe whether the deep drawing process of each quality problems,and if there is a problem,where the step appeared quality problem.At the same time,in view of the car fender appeared in the process of deep drawing quality problems such as cracking,wrinkling,rebound,and so on,discusses the stamping direction,process added surface,drawbead and blank-holder force effect on the fender stamping.On the basis of the related parameters of drawbead,blank holder force,punch velocity and so on have an effect on formability of the process parameters are optimized.This topic mainly discusses the defects that may arise during the,sheet metal stamping process.Through the orthogonal experiment method to determine the drawbead height,and the size of the blank holder force,for the influence of the fender forming;At the same time,the car fender springback research as the main research object.From the following several aspects of the quality problem of the body after fender stamping(cracking,wrinkling,rebound),and after the wheel cover forming springback problem on the basis of the research:1 Access to information,to understand and analyze the theoretical basis of automobile panel stamping as dependent,the difference between the different units Dynaform find out the distinction;introduced the software application methods;2 In the body fender stamping,there are four key technologies have a major impact on shaping the simulation results,which are pressing direction,binder,drawbead and addendum.Combine molding process instance CAE simulation fender,summarizes the role and design based on four aspects played.3 Study fender in a variety of molding conditions,using different drawbead(equivalent drawbead and actual drawbead)on the simulation accuracy,summarized in a car fender forming simulation in How to choose drawbead;4 For the outer plate drawing process quality problems rupture,wrinkling and springback,from theory to analyze and find solutions as well as the introduction of CAE,how to predict and control these defects.With the orthogonal experiment on the fender of the drawing process is analyzed,finding the optimal process parameters combination:the size of the blank holder force 110 t,5000 mm/s stamping speed,drawbead height of inner rib raised 1 mm,outside reinforcement is 1.3 mm.
