| According to statistic,60%-70% parts in vehicle are produced by stamping process. The quality of deformed sheet will influence assembly, appearance and manufacturing cost, developing recycle of new vehicle. Wrinkling, breakage, springback and insufficient stiffness are the four main defects of sheet metal forming, and springback is the most hard to be controlled. When springback exceeds the tolerance, there is a forming defect, and it will influence the assembly. So, many academics and specialist had made wide and embedded studies on springback. Until now, the researchers still put emphasis on the study of springback of simple bent parts, and some useful ways were appeared for controlling the springback.This paper first introduced a series of theory on springback, based on the theory, use of CAE technology to predict the springback, this article describes bending springback simulation for the U-pieces use Dynaform, it can effectively predict the springback, and then Based on the results of the springback, advanced a measure which use the finite element numerical simulation technology for compensating the springback of die face design. This method will be used in automobile panel drawing die design, it can shorten the test cycle, control of springback, which mold optimization methods with the value of industrial applications to guide the design, shorten the die manufacturing cycle. This paper also introduced the design of drawing die about the Double-Block Circuit of car. |
