Treat oat seeds with different electric field conditions(voltage U=0,2,4,6,8k V and treatment time T=5,10min),and then treat oat seeds with salt stress,with concentrations of 50mmol/L and 150mmol/L Sodium chloride solution was used to simulate salt stress.Experiments were conducted to determine the germination rate,embryo dry weight,radicle dry weight,embryo length and radicle length of oat seeds during germination under different electric field conditions.Through the comparison between the electric field treatment group and the corresponding salt concentration control group,the electric field treatment conditions that have a significant impact on the germination index of oats under salt stress are found.The effects of different electric field treatments on the growth of oat seedlings under salt stress were measured,and the changes in chlorophyll,soluble sugar,soluble protein and malondialdehyde content of oat seedlings were measured to find out the electric field treatment conditions that can enhance the salt resistance of oats.The experimental results show that salt stress treatment can reduce the various indexes of oat seed germination period,especially under 150mmol/L salt stress,the germination rate of oat seed drops sharply,and the growth of oat seed radicle and embryo is greatly inhibited;electric field treatment It can not only slow down the inhibitory effect of salt stress on the growth of oats,but also strengthen the inhibitory effect of salt stress.Electric field treatment has both positive and negative effects on the germination of oat seeds.Among them,electric field suppression generally occurred in the 150mmol/L salt concentration suppression group,while the electric field treatment in the 50mmol/L salt stress group mostly showed a tendency to promote the germination and growth of oat seeds.Electric field treatment can enhance the salt resistance of oat seedlings.When the electric field treatment condition is voltage 4k V treatment time 5min,compared with the salt stress control group,the chlorophyll content of the oat seedlings in the electric field treatment group can be increased by up to 25%;the electric field treatment condition is voltage 8k V treatment time 5min,and the soluble protein content can be increased at the highest 40.13%;electric field treatment condition is voltage 4k V treatment time 5min,soluble sugar content can increase up to 17.14%;electric field treatment condition 4k V treatment time is 10 min,malondialdehyde content can be reduced up to 40.14%.Through the analysis of all data,the electric field treatment with the voltage of 2k V and the treatment time of 5min and the voltage of 4k V and the treatment time of 5min is beneficial to the germination of oat seeds and the salt tolerance of oat seedlings.
