Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,science and technology have been continuously improved,and energy is the lifeblood of the country's development.Through collecting and consulting the literature,it is found that common wave energy power generation devices can be divided into three types,namely,oscillating water column type,oscillating float type and over-wave type.The oscillating float type wave energy power generation device has the advantages of high power generation efficiency,low construction cost and wide application.Combined with the research results at home and abroad,this paper designed and built a wave power generation test bench,using a combination of numerical simulation and experimental research to affect the movement performance and wave energy conversion efficiency of floats of various shapes and masses under different wave conditions research.In this paper,Flow-3D numerical simulation software is used to study and analyze the force and motion state of various forms of float under the wave.The experimental results have the following conclusions:?1?The numerical simulation value is not much different from the experimental value and the overall change trend is consistent.In some experimental conditions,due to the impact force generated by the wave backflow,the float position is shifted,and the imbalance of the float force causes the error from the simulation result to be large.?2?The numerical simulation results show that when the wave height is 0.22m and the masses are 3Kg,4Kg,5Kg,6Kg,7Kg,and 8Kg,respectively,the effect of mass on the wave energy conversion efficiency of various forms of floats is obtained.The conversion efficiency is the largest and the maximum value is 38.88%.?3?The numerical simulation results show that when the wave height varies from0.1m to 0.26m and the float masses are 3Kg,4Kg,5Kg,6Kg,7Kg,and 8Kg,respectively,it is found that the wave energy conversion efficiency of the five different types of floats first increases with the increase of wave height.After increasing and decreasing,the maximum value of wave energy conversion efficiency of No.5 float and No.2 float is taken at 7kg,and the maximum value of wave energy conversion efficiency of No.1,No.3 and No.4 float is taken at 6kg.In conclusion,?1<?2<?3<?4<?5??refers to the analog value of wave energy conversion efficiency,and the digital angle refers to the type of float?.?4?The zero load experiment results show that when the wave height is 0.22m and the float masses are 3Kg,4Kg,5Kg,6Kg,7Kg,and 8Kg,the amplitude of the float increases first and then decreases as the mass increases.For the No.4 float,The float amplitude reaches its maximum at 6kg,with a maximum value of 0.141m;for the No.5float,the float amplitude reaches its maximum at 7kg,with a maximum value of 0.175m.?5?The zero load experiment results show that when the wave heights are 0.1m,0.14m,0.18m,0.22m,and 0.26m,the amplitude of the No.4 float with the same mass increases first and then decreases at the wave height of 0.22m The amplitude of is greater than the amplitude of other wave heights.?6?The external load experiment results show that when the mass of the float is6Kg and the wave height is 0.1m,0.14m,0.18m,0.22m and 0.26m,the No.4 float reaches the maximum value at the wave height of 0.22m,and the maximum value is0.351W.When the wave height is 0.22m and the float masses are 3Kg,4Kg,5Kg,6Kg,7Kg,and 8Kg,the power generation power of the same float increases first and then decreases as the mass increases.The power generation capacity of the 7Kg float No.5reaches the maximum value,the maximum The value is 0.394W.?7?The external load experiment results show that when the wave height is 0.22m and the float mass is 6Kg,the wave energy conversion efficiency of No.1 float,No.3float,and No.4 float is greater than when the mass is 7Kg;At 7Kg,the wave energy conversion efficiency of No.2 float and No.5 float is greater than when the mass is 6Kg.?8?Through the systematic numerical simulation and experimental research of this subject,and the detailed analysis of the research results,it is found that the No.5 float with the shape of a circular platform has the best wave energy conversion efficiency.
