In this paper,the type of mechanical power generation system that base on duck wave energy absorption equipment is a new kind of power generation model,which is the first application of mechanical power systems on the duck type wave absorbing system.The energy conversion efficiency of the duck type wave absorbing system is very large,so improving the energy conversion efficiency of the internal power generation system is the focus of this paper.Through constructing testbed for the study of the internal power of wave power device system,it is using mechanical device to simulate the wave generating system under the condition of normal work condition.Studying the mechanical input torque,power,efficiency and the secondary energy conversion efficiency of the wave energy power generation system provide certain reference for the experiment device of this type of structure optimization,simulation and other follow-up study.First of all,this paper sorts out the existing wave energy generating devices at home and abroad.According to the wave energy absorption form,wave energy generation device can be divided into: point absorption type,overtopping type,pendulum type,duck type,etc.According to the form of energy conversion,the current wave generation device can be divided into: pneumatic type,hydraulic type and mechanical type.Then,from the view of the energy conversion of the experimental wave energy power generation device put forward in this paper,with the help of movement form transformation of three subsystems of wave energy power generation device,this paper discusses the three stages of energy conversion and the energy conversion efficiency in each stage,and state the knowledge of experiment and data analysis.Secondly,this paper present the principle of mechanical transmission power generating set,including: transforming the periodic swing movement of the duck type floating body into the continuous rotation movement of generator rotor shaft and generating power;Storing and releasing energy in mechanical energy storage system;the working principle of planet wheel booster and overrunning the clutch.Thirdly,the design and experimental method of experimental device are introduced in detail.Finally,using the least squares method of the experimental data by regression analysis,in order to explore the principle of mechanical input torque,output power and generating efficiency,secondary energy conversion efficiency of the experimental device related to pure resistive load,swing,swing frequency,speed increasing ratio.In order to calculate the second conversion efficiency of this experiment,the variation disciplinary of the generator efficiency related to the input speed is studied experimentally.
