Abstract/Summary:
Wave energy mainly refers to the kinetic energy and potential energy of waves on the ocean surface.It is one of the most abundant energy sources in the ocean,and it is also one of the most studied clean energy sources because it is the most convenient to use in the development process and has the least damage to the environment.Common wave power generation devices include float type,swing type,wave-crossing type,OWC type,etc.Among them,OWC wave power generation device forms a water column with fluctuating water level inside the device by means of moving waves,forcing the air above the chamber to be squeezed out or sucked in,and generating air flow to drive the turbine to rotate and generate electricity.Although OWC wave power generation device st ill has some shortcomings such as low conversion efficiency and unstable conversion,it is one of the most widely studied wave power generation devices due to its simple structure,easy maintenance and long service life.Therefore,under the known research background,this paper designed an umbrella-shaped offshore fixed OWC wave power generation device,and combined with numerical simulation and pool test,studied the energy capture capacity of the device.Firstly,an umbrella-shaped device with narrow upper part and wide lower part was designed according to the wave gathering principle,and the device was given three kinds of vertex angles of 60,90 and 120.At the same time,the size of the air outlet was changed by covering disks with different apertures.Then,a pool experiment was conducted to explore the influence of different parameters on the energy capture effect of the umbrella-shaped OWC device.Secondly,the influence of the vertex angle on the energy capture effect of OWC device under the same exit aperture is studied by controlling the incident wave condition.Then,the influence of outlet aperture on the energy capture effect of OWC device under the same vertex angle is studied.Finally,changing the external wave conditions,the influence of wave parameters on the energy capture effect of umbrella OWC device is explored.The main parameter changes are incident wave height and incident wave period,and the internal liquid level change and outlet pressure change law of three kinds of vertex angle devices under different incident wave conditions are studied respectively.Through mathematical calculation,the energy conversion efficiency of devices with different structural parameters under different wave conditions is obtained,and the device parameter combination with maximum efficiency is determined.
