Problems Existing And Countermeasures In The Experimental Teaching Of "Plant Tissue Culture" In Gansu Secondary Vocational School

"Plant tissue training" is a comprehensive skill course across many related disciplines,is an application skill course that exercises students' experimental skills and has a wide range of applications.It plays a key role in the development of contemporary agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,bycatch,medical and health fields.At the same time,it also provides an important support for the in-depth study of many basic theories.The experimental teaching of "plant tissue culture" is an important part of plant tissue culture teaching in secondary vocational school,and also an important method and means to achieve the teaching goal of plant tissue culture in secondary vocational school.Since the curriculum reform of Vocational Education in 2012,with the advancement of curriculum reform,more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of students' core literacy,and the experimental teaching of "plant tissue training" has been paid more and more attention by schools and teachers and students.However,there are still many problems in the experimental teaching of "plant tissue culture".Especially in some underdeveloped and backward remote areas,the current situation,problems and corresponding countermeasures of "plant tissue culture" experimental teaching are still lack of corresponding research and analysis.Gansu is rich in plant resources,which is an important starting point for the development of social,economic,scientific research,poverty alleviation and other undertakings in Gansu Province.Gansu secondary vocational school,as the gathering area of technical talents in Gansu Province,its experimental teaching of "plant tissue training" plays an important role in the development of the above undertakings in Gansu Province.The author investigates the current situation,sorts out the problems and analyzes the causes of the experimental teaching of "plant tissue culture" in Gansu secondary vocational school,and puts forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions,which provide the basis for the reform and development of the experimental teaching of "plant tissue culture" in the local secondary vocational school,with a view to improving the state,schools,teachers and educational experts' influence on the secondary vocational school in this area The importance of plant tissue culture experiment teaching can promote the economic development of Gansu vocational school and Gansu Province.In order to understand the current situation and existing problems of theexperimental teaching of "plant tissue culture" in Gansu secondary vocational school,66 teachers and 693 students of 12 secondary vocational schools in four cities of Gansu Province were investigated by questionnaire and some teachers were interviewed face to face.The results show that after the reform of Vocational Education in 2010,the experimental teaching of "plant tissue culture" in Gansu secondary vocational school has greatly improved,but at the same time,many problems have been found.The details are as follows: 1.The experimental teaching infrastructure needs to be improved;2.All parties have insufficient understanding of the importance of the experimental teaching of "plant tissue training";3.The management system of the experimental teaching of plant tissue training is not perfect;4.The professional quality of the experimental teaching of the teacher of plant tissue training needs to be improved;5.The learning habits of the students have not been developed,and the awareness of innovation is not strong.Combined with the questionnaire survey and teacher interview,the paper analyzes the causes of the above problems,and puts forward the following suggestions: 1.Change the educational concept,strengthen the importance of the experimental teaching of "plant tissue culture";2.Increase capital investment,improve the infrastructure of the experimental teaching of "plant tissue culture";3.Improve the management system,promote the long-term development of the experimental teaching of "plant tissue culture";4.Improve the quality of teachers and guarantee the teaching quality of "plant tissue training" experiment teaching;5.Based on the development of students,develop and enrich the curriculum resources of experimental teaching of plant tissue culture.
