Optical transparent polymer materials are widely used in optical coatings and packaging materials for their low cost,good processing performance and high transparency in the visible light range.In recent years,transparent materials are widely used in filters,lenses,reflectors,optical waveguides,antireflection films,solar energy and LED packaging materials.With the increasing demand for flexible optoelectronic devices,the light,flexible and transparent polymers used in flexible transparent electronic devices,displays and packaging materials have been widely concerned.Most plastic films have high coefficient of thermal expansion,which may lead to "thermal death" of flexible electronic devices.In addition,when optical transparent polymers are used as structural materials,their mechanical properties become very important.Therefore,it is very necessary and important to develop transparent and flexible thin films with synergistic improvement of mechanical properties and thermal stability.In addition,in the combustion process of fossil fuels,only 34% of the energy is used effectively,and the rest of the energy is lost to the environment in the form of waste heat.Thermoelectric materials provide a way to convert heat into electrical energy.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the mechanical and thermal stability of flexible transparent films and to study their applications in optical and electrical devices.In this paper,PVA-co-PE nanofiber membrane was selected as the research object.The effects of the diameter of PVA-co-PE nanofiber,the thickness of PVA-co-PE nanofiber film and the refractive index of solution on the transparency of PVA-co-PE nanofiber membrane/solution composite system were studied.CNCs/PVA-co-PE/Epoxy composite films with different concentrations of CNCs were prepared by strengthening the interface between PVA-co-PE nanofibers and epoxy resin matrix with CNCs as modifier.Finally,on the basis of the transparent enhanced CNCs/PVA-co-PE/Epoxy composite film,the transparent CNCs/PVA-co-PE/Epoxy based PEDOT: PSS thermoelectric composite membrane was prepared.The experimental results are as follows:(1)a series of mixed solutionswith different refractive index were prepared by selecting the solution with different refractive index and mixing the two solutions.The results show that the smaller the diameter of PVA-co-PE nanofiber,the smaller the film thickness,the greater the refractive index of solution,and the higher the transparency of PVA co PE nanofiber film in solution.(2)With the increase of the concentration of CNCs,the hydrophilicity of CNCs/PVA-co-PE/Epoxy composite nanoparticles increased.The results show that the interfacial bonding strength between the nanofibers and the matrix is significantly enhanced.The tensile strength,thermal stability and transparency of CNCs/PVA-co-PE/Epoxy composite film were significantly improved by adding CNCs because of its high strength,transparency,ultra-low CTE and enhanced interface adhesion.(3)Transparent CNCs/PVA-co-PE/Epoxy based PEDOT:PSS thermoelectric composite membrane has good mechanical properties,thermal stability and high transparency,but also has the function of thermoelectric generation.
