In recent years,soil salinization has become a very serious environmental problem,and saline-alkaline soil is widely distributed in the world.The main causes of soil salinization include natural factors and human activities.In the west of jilin province,songnen grassland,one of the world's three major soda saline-alkali soils,is rich in cultivated land resources and is also a key grain-producing area in China.However,in recent years,the situation of saline soil has seriously affected the plants'access to water and nutrients,thus affecting the growth of plants,and causing the loss of crops or death.Therefore,timely improvement of soil salinization in this region can not only increase the available land area,but also play an important role in promoting China's agricultural development.At present,there are many methods and measures to improve saline-alkali soil,and saline-alkali conditioners can effectively improve the physical and chemical properties of soil and effectively promote the growth of crops,so they have been widely used in recent years.This experiment mainly adopts the split plot experiment design method,set up a total of three kinds of saline conditioner applied dosage,and two different salt-tolerant crops planted alfalfa?Medicago sativa L.?and yellow flower sweet clover?Melilotus officinalis L.?,and so on soil physical and chemical properties,crop yield and quality of crops is analyzed,and the soil properties and crop yield and quality was analyzed,and the relationship between the results provide a reference for improving the grassland soil condition and improving the yield and quality of crops in songnen plain.The main results of this study are as follows:?1?Variance analysis was conducted on the data related to the physical and chemical properties of the soil,and the results showed that the soil water content,bulk density,porosity and electrical conductivity were significantly improved after the application of salt-alkali conditioner,and the best effect was achieved when the application dose was 7500 kg/hm2.Although there was no significant difference in pH value among different treatment methods,the pH value showed a downward trend with the increase of the dose of saline-alkali conditioner applied,that is,the application of conditioner could effectively improve the physical and chemical properties of soil.?2?In the soil microbial biomass carbon,biomass nitrogen and carbon nitrogen ratio after the experimental data of variance analysis showed that soil microbial biomass carbon results after applying saline conditioner is significantly higher than control,the result of the crop growth in the second year of data is significantly higher than the microbial biomass nitrogen crops in those days.Among them,when the application amount of the conditioner was 7500 kg/hm2,the data of the soil planted with sweet clover increased by 32%,and that of alfalfa increased by 14.9%.Moreover,the biomass carbon data of microorganisms in the soil planted with alfalfa was significantly higher than that of sweet clover.In other words,when the application amount of the conditioner was 7500 kg/hm2 and alfalfa was planted as a salt-resistant crop,the soil microbial population was the largest.?3?Variance analysis was conducted on the data of water-soluble ions and nutrients in soil,and the results showed that K+,Ca2+and SO42-plasma increased significantly after the application of soil conditioner,while Na+,HCO3-and Cl-plasma decreased significantly.The content of nitrate nitrogen,available potassium and available phosphorus in soil increased significantly after the application of salinization conditioner.The specific meaning is that soil salinization conditioner can effectively replace harmful cationic Na+,reduce soil salinization and alkalinity,and increase nutrients.?4?After applying soil conditioner,two kinds of crop height,stem diameter and relevant data of crop yield were significantly increased,and the sweet clover on the use of soil salinization conditioner 7500 kg/hm2 squared,the growth of the second annual output has reached 10854.17 kg/hm2 squared,and total biomass production of alfalfa has reached 35879.42 kg/hm2 squared,the content of protein in the second year of the crop growth significantly higher,but the two crops ADF and NDF content is not very significant difference.The plant height,stem diameter and yield of crops can be increased by applying soil conditioner,but the cellulose content of plants is not affected.?5?Based on the correlation of soil and plant yield and quality of crops research data analysis showed that the water content,density,porosity,microbial biomass,Ca2+,Mg2+,SO42-,nitrate nitrogen,phosphorus,available phosphorus and potassium of crop yield and protein content show significant positive correlation,and crops have harmful ions Na+and HCO3-content showed significant negative correlation.The results show that the improvement of soil properties after the application of saline-alkali soil conditioner can also promote the increase of crop yield and protein content.
