China has high earthquake,and the earthquake has brought an unforgettable disaster.With the rapid development of urbanization,the application of reinforced concrete materials is also more and more widely.After the earthquake,the house collapses to form a concrete shear wall structure,and how to quickly open a life passage and prevent secondary collapse becomes the key to earthquake rescue.The traditional rescue equipment has the drawbacks of low efficiency and large disturbance,and does not meet the needs of high efficiency and low disturbance.Therefore,it is very important to study a set of high efficiency and low disturbance broken devices in earthquake relief.The vibration cutting can reduce the average cutting force and reinforce the cuttings.The breakdown rescue system of chainsaw based on vibration cutting proposed in this paper can effectively solve the above problems.The main achievement of this paper are as follows:1..According to the analysis of vibration cutting mechanism and self-synchronization principle of double-motor,a set of vibrating chainsaw sawing prototype was developed.Modal analysis was used by ANSYS to ensure the stability of the prototype.A PLC pressure control system was also provided.,to achieve a chainsaw cutting within a certain pressure range.2.The vibration model of the single degree of freedom vibration chainsaw is simplified;LMS is used to identify some important parameters such as the moment of inertia,system damping,dual motor synchronization,and amplitude;ADAMS and MATLAB simulations verify that the vibratory chainsaw prototype can be stable.3.A vibration sawing cutting platform was set up,and analyzed the influence of vibration frequency of vibration motor,feed pressure,spindle speed of chain saw,and coolant flow on the broken efficiency of excavation;Collecting the impact signal of no-load tool from the vibration angle was used to analyze the cutting efficiency.Finally,the disturbance signal of the workpiece was collected to verify the low disturbance of the prototype.The results show that increasing the excitation frequency,feed pressure,spindle speed of the chainsaw and coolant flow can all improve the cutting efficiency and meet the requirements of low disturbance.
