| Preventive maintenance is an important way to reduce the failure risk of manufacturing system and improve its capacity.With the increasing complexity and capacity of manufacturing system,maintenance becomes more specialized,which easily leads to the prolongation of repair time and has a greater impact on system capacity.At the same time,series-parallel manufacturing system is very common in manufacturing enterprises.The impact of failure from each stations on the system capacity is closely related to its configuration and capacity ratio,considering that each station can fail randomly at the same time,which makes the impact on system capacity more complex.Therefore,how to effectively characterize the impact mechanism of equipment failure on system capacity failure in multi-station manufacturing system and build a scientific maintenance policy to promote system capacity is an urgent problem for manufacturing enterprises.Based on capacity-oriented integrated reliability modeling of multi-station manufacturing systems,this paper proposes an efficiency-driven opportunity maintenance policy,and studies the reliability modeling and preventive maintenance of multi-station manufacturing systems.Firstly,the model of capacity failure rate for multi-station manufacturing system is constructed.Based on the failure rate,configuration and capacity of station,aiming at the characteristics that multiple stations can fail at the same time,the influence mechanism of comprehensive failure are explored on system capacity.With the help of the universal generating function method,the capacity failure rate guided by capacity loss is established,to realize the conversion of failure characteristics from the station to the system.Secondly,capacity-driven opportunistic maintenance model is constructed.Based on the failure rate of the station and system,the start-up rate of the station and system is constructed,and the maintenance efficiency function of is constructed according to the corresponding maintenance cost.The failure rate threshold of station,system capacity threshold and opportunistic maintenance threshold are integrated,and then the opportunistic maintenance policy is established,and the optimal maintenance scheme is determined with the goal of maximizing system maintenance efficiency.Finally,numerical examples are given to verify the effectiveness of the model.The opportunistic maintenance policy of multi-station manufacturing system based on capacity failure rate proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the risk of station’s failure,improve the capacity of the system,and provide a new idea of system reliability modeling and maintenance policy making for enterprise in maintenance management. |
