With the continuous development of the economy,the structure of the power grid is becoming more and more complex,and the transmission transmission network is becoming larger and larger.More and more transmission lines need to pass through micro-meteorological terrain and harsh climate regions,which means that the lines are vulnerable to typhoons and freezing rain.Thunderstorms,cold waves,frost and other meteorological environments have led to a series of short-circuit,tripping,reversing,and towering power accidents.Therefore,real-time monitoring of the specific transmission line environment is required,so that the grid staff can take preventive measures before the power accident occurs.Therefore,this paper develops a power weather warning system,which uses various data acquisition front-ends to collect meteorological data in the vicinity of the transmission line,and send it to the monitoring center through the wireless network and power private network,and then process the data and process the monitoring points.The on-site data situation is displayed,evaluated and analyzed.When abnormal data information occurs,the system can issue early warning information and make corresponding emergency treatment to ensure the safe operation of the power line.This paper focuses on the development and implementation of the software for intelligent intelligence meteorological information early warning system.It analyzes the feasibility of system construction,and points out the main user components of the system,including power company leaders,weather warning and monitoring personnel,power construction personnel,and system administrators.The needs analysis of system business functions and business processes was carried out.The article points out the system design principles,the overall design of the application architecture,technical architecture,pointed out the application level and key technologies of the early warning system.From top to bottom,the system application architecture is the user layer,the integrated application layer,the analysis layer,the data integration,the data layer,and the adjacent layers interact,and the lower layer provides data or service services for the upper layer.Determine the various technologies and architectures used by the system.Then the system function structure and network deployment are designed.The system function module and hardware structure are designed.The database design is carried out from two aspects: E-R conceptual model and database table structure physical model.The research focus of this paper is to design the system function module in detail.The power weather warning system mainly includes system login,GIS map management,power facility information management,weather forecast information management,disaster monitoring management,early warning management,disaster information management,statistical analysis,Functional modules such as grid disaster analysis and evaluation,service product management.These functions were designed by UML modeling method,and finally the system performance,function,data and other aspects were tested.Through testing,it is clear that the system functions normally,the performance is stable,and it can be released online.Through the research of this paper,the electric power meteorological early warning system is constructed,which provides a real-time service platform for electric meteorological disasters integrating monitoring,analysis and early warning functions.The system can quickly and systematically reflect local disasters according to the needs of regions,time periods or important weather processes.The situation and provide real-time warnings in various ways to effectively assist the power sector to make plans for dealing with severe climate,effectively reducing the probability and loss of disasters,greatly improving the safe operation level of smart grids,and ensuring power safety dispatch.Providing basic conditions for better serving the social production and life.
