China is a vast country,and the geological and geomorphic conditions of each province are complex and very different.Nowadays,with global warming becoming more and more serious,the aggravation of human engineering activities and other factors makes various types of geological disasters occur frequently in China.Including topography and geology condition is complex and changeable in guangxi,more extreme rainfall in recent years,the various geological disasters induced by fast speed,strong destructive,to the local people has brought great economic losses and casualties,in these frequent geological disasters,the proportion of landslide,especially,have become more losses,in guangxi villages offer clear,Landslides occur frequently in mountainous areas and villages,where the geological conditions are complex and the geological environment capacity is limited.There are many disaster-causing mechanisms and disaster-causing factors of landslides.Most of the landslides that have occurred in Guangxi are rainfall-type landslides,of which rainfall is the most important factor leading to the formation of landslides.According to the data investigation in the Statistical Yearbook,In China,more than 60% of the landslide disasters occur in the annual news period(June to September),and more than 96% of the sudden landslide disasters are caused by short-term heavy rainfall or due to meteorological conditions.The landslide disasters in Guangxi are not only affected by precipitation,but also closely related to the local fragile geological environment and ecological conditions.The landslide warning first needs to collect and analyze the known factors affecting the occurrence of landslide,to determine the weight ratio of the factors affecting the occurrence of landslide,to determine the warning model according to the known rainfall threshold algorithm,and to analyze the possibility of the occurrence of landslide disaster in real time,and to predict and forecast.Main research contents of this paper:1.According to the landslide and rainfall data of Guangxi Hechi city monitoring data for the data,after screening and analysis of selection of Hechi city in 2014-2017,87 county station accumulative total 41 landslide geological hazards,for example will affect the evaluation factor of landslide,according to the geological environment index classification principles,factors can be divided into three levels,and through these factors,Reasonableness verification and precision verification were used to verify the results of the prone zones,and static evaluation was carried out on the vulnerability analysis of landslide disasters.2.The accuracy of the improved rainfall warning model was verified and compared with the historical landslide data and different rainfall data in Hechi City3.The system was designed according to the actual functional requirements of the system.On the basis of Web GIS,the development and testing of the landslide early warning system in Hechi City were completed through geographical database technology,Arc GIS Sever technology and other development technologies,and the functions of data management,data transmission,early warning analysis,early warning and forecast were completed.In this paper,by referring to literature and using other industry-related ground disaster early warning and prediction systems,we understand the current application situation at home and abroad.Combined with the actual early warning needs of various local government departments,we develop the function of the landslide early warning and prediction analysis system,which can better meet the needs of landslide early warning.Finally,hope I can make better use of the GIS spatial analysis ability of application and landslide early warning analysis of the combination of the system and the related department related personnel via mobile at connection,realize the real-time monitoring and early warning and forecasting,not only can guarantee the accuracy of the monitoring and early warning timeliness,can also be to early warning notice of warning zone areas of personnel,Minimize the loss of life and property of local personnel.
