The Modeling Research Of Project Priority Evaluation Based On Game Perspective

In today's market economy,there are more and more enterprises are not only building or running a single project,but running in a multi-project environment,especially these large and medium-sized enterprises which have certain scale and market share.In a multi-project environment,Projects are not completely isolated,but are interrelated,competitive and cooperative.It is an urgent problem that enterprises need to solve,under the condition of limited resources,in the face of numerous viable projects,how to determine the priorities of the projects,carry out multi-project construction and management in an orderly manner,make use of limited resources in a reasonable way,and improve the overall economic benefits of multiple projects while ensuring the efficiency of each project.Qn the perspective of the game between multiple projects,a multi-project priority evaluation model based on game theory is constructed to analyze the competition and cooperation between multiple projects under the limited resource constraint,which make the multi-project priority assessment of many enterprises to be the research object.Under the constraint of limited resources,most project managers want to have the priority to use resource and construct the project,which causes interest competition between projects,but it is not scientific and reasonable for projects of the same enterprise to be perfect competition,only in cooperation under the premise of the pursuit of self-interest maximization to obtain greater benefits,which requires that each project should pursue its own profit maximization while ensuring the order and rationality of the multi-project as a whole.First of all,a brief overview of the theoretical basis needed for modeling is provided to provide theoretical support for model construction.Then,discuss project managers different strategy choices in different resource conflict cases,constructing a dynamic game modelof two project priority evaluation,analysis of changes in the time deviation and cost for a project in different combination strategy,use different evaluation criteria to select and evaluate The game result,and finally use case to prove the method is operational.And then,on the basis of the Relational complexity between projects building multi-project game model.Analyzing and selecting project priorities in different resource conflicts,discussing the strategy choice of each project manager in different game pattern and the choice of enterprise manager in different strategy portfolio,and studying the interrelation between multiple projects due to resource constraints to construct a more reasonable and perfect multi-project system under the priority evaluation model.According to different evaluation criteria,the game effect is evaluated and the multi-project priority ranking of resource conflict is finally determined.Then,by analyzing the difference between the two project model and the multi-project model,and comparing it with the traditional priority evaluation method,this paper illustrates the characteristics of the model,and finally,using themodelto analyze the example and compares it with the process of multi-attribute decision-making method to assess the priority,and validates the validity of the model.The game between projects is an important factor that affects the order of multi-project priority.Think of the game theory,a good strategy should be able to optimize decision of each party while achieving to a "balanced",which can be able to satisfy the project manager and can meet the project's overall optimal solution at the same time.Based on project time limit,cost target and resource factors constructing the profit and loss function and evaluation index of the dynamic game model,and on the basis of quantitative analysis of game model's evaluation index,the determination of reasonable and scientific project priorities is a focus in the study of this article,hoping to be able to provide practical method and reference for project priorities evaluation under multi-project management of enterprise.
