The transmission and sharing of data is one of the core links in the meteorological and hydrological business.Satellite meteorological and hydrological data broadcasting receiving system is an important system for the protection of data,and is the most important means for stations at all levels to obtain data.In recent years,refined and personalized safeguards have placed demands on meteorological,hydrological,and data communications in terms of broadband,large capacity,and high timeliness.The types and quantity of broadcast distribution data of existing systems and the timeliness and reliability of data transmission are no longer adapted to the needs of development and are urgently needed for upgrading.The dissertation focuses on the problem of large packet loss and long transmission delays in satellite meteorological and hydrological data broadcasting and distribution,and carries out research on reliable data transmission technology of high-level collaborative fountains and data reception status monitoring.The paper introduces the satellite IP multicast data distribution technology,digital coding technology and Windows message mechanism first,and introduces satellite meteorological and hydrological data broadcast receiving system architecture.Then,according to the business performance requirements,a transmission code-word scheme based on fountain coding is designed for the system data broadcast distribution process,and the problem of packet loss and error are restored and corrected.The design rules of the interface were elaborated in conjunction with the engineering implementation,and the system is tested in an actual satellite link to verify that the fountain coding scheme can effectively improve the timeliness and reliability of meteorological and hydrological data transmission.Finally,according to the system data receiving process,the data receiving status monitoring system is designed.By summarizing,analyzing and defining the characteristics of broadcast data,a four-tuple model of broadcast data receiving status statistics is proposed to realize monitoring,statistics and display of received data.It provides important means for receiving end-user data to report status check,data arrival status statistics and warnings.
