| The data transmission system of logging cable is a crucial part of well logging system,the transmission quality controls the development of well logging devices. Now, the research and development of high reliability and high efficiency data transmission system of logging cable has become a new focus in the field of well logging system. The traditional vehicle well logging instrument has several defects, such as: bulky and not easy to move. Therefore, the main content of this paper is to exploit a portable and stable data transmission system of logging cable.In terms of hardware design,this project adopt FPGA and ARM as the processing core of the system, EP4CE6E2217 of Altera and STM32F407VET6of STMicroelectronics as hardware platform to encode/decode communication signal, control of the logging bus, show typing and design of the backend interface chip driver. Simultaneous, in the beginning of the analog signal processing ,we use the characteristics of the coupling transformer impedance transformation and combine with the low pass filter, amplification and rectification circuit to make an optimization of the signal. Effectively solve the signal distortion caused by signal attenuation during the transmission.In terms of software design, this project use LabWindows/CVI to develop the host computer software, which is design for testing the performance of the data transmission system. The software has realized the simulation of data transmission function in the computer data processing system and completed the construction of the test environment of the whole logging system.After a preliminary test, this project finished the data transmission system of logging cable,released data upload and command issued and had the features of mobile,portable and a broad prospect in the market application and promotion of products at the same time. |
