Education is an important way to improve the quality of the people.Adolescent education is an important foundation for the quality of a country's labor force.Academic achievement is an important indicator of the education level of young people.Based on the ecosystem theory of Bronfenbrenner(1979/1992),the China Education Tracking Survey2014-2015 follow-up data was selected, and a research method combining factor analysis and structural equation model was adopted, from the aspects of personal factors, family factors and school factors Start by studying the impact of internal and external driving forces on academic achievement of junior high school students. The follow-up data of the China Education Tracking Survey show that most junior high school students are in good learning and confident;Students generally have higher expectations for their education.Three quarters of the students are close to their parents, most of whom have confidence in their children.Parents' expectations for their children's education are generally consistent with those of junior high school students. In comparison, teachers praise students less and criticize more;most students Chinese mathematics English and other cultural class scores and cognitive ability test scores are above the passing level. An empirical study using factor analysis and structural equation models on the follow-up data of the China Education Tracking Survey from 2014 to 2015 found that personal factors have a significant impact on academic achievement of junior high school students, followed by family factors, and school factors have the weakest impact on junior high school students' academic achievement.Among the personal influencing factors, the effects of "degree of hope" and "learning to struggle" are significant;among the family influencing factors,"parents 'educational expectations of children" and "parents' academic requirements" are significant;in school factors The influence of "the teacher often pays attention to me" and "the teacher often asks me" is more significant, and "often criticized" has a certain negative impact.Taken together, among the internal and external driving factors that affect junior high school students' academic achievements, personal factors show a significant positive effect;family factors play a certain positive role;school factors show a weak negative effect. Therefore,it is suggested that: the internal and external driving forces should be coordinated and unified, and the three parties should cooperate to promote academic achievement;the junior high school students should focus on internal driving and give full play to their subjective initiative;parents should form reasonable educational expectations for their children and provide The auxiliary role of external drive;teachers should be more concerned and less critical, and cooperate with parents to build a positive external drive.Internal and external driving forces affect the academic achievement of junior high school students.Studying only one aspect or several indicators cannot fully reflect the impact of internal and external driving forces on academic achievement of junior high school students. This article summarizes the factors that affect junior high school students 'academic achievements into three aspects: personal factors, family factors, and school factors. It is of innovative significance to study the impact of internal and external driving forces on junior high school students' academic achievements from a comprehensive perspective.
