Former research stated that academic adaptability and perceived academic self-efficacy are important factors that affect the academic achievement,mind and body health for students. This study determined academic adaptability,perceived academic self-efficacy and their relation with academic achievement in mathematics. Through collecting documentary resources, the paper generalized out the theories frame on academic adaptability and perceived academic self-efficacy. Some students from Beijing Preschool Normal School were investigated, analysis of academic adaptability and perceived academic self-efficacy about these students and relation between academic adaptability,perceived academic self-efficacy and the academic achievement.The study discovered that: (1) perceived academic self-efficacy of the most of students was placed in better level, but the percent from 14.8 to 21.9 was bad perceived academic self-efficacy. The difference of region, achievement was significant, but the difference of grade was not significant. (2) academic adaptability of the most of these students was placed in better level, but the percent from 9.7 to 18.1 was bad academic adaptability. The difference of region, achievement was significant, but the difference of grade was not significant. (3) perceived academic self-efficacy and academic adaptability were positively correlated with academic achievement in mathematics.
