| Under the background of environmental pollution,resource shortage,climate warming and other issues that seriously affect human life and sustainable social-economic development,countries strongly advocate green development concepts and pay more attention to improving the quality of economic development.Green development has an externality that transcends national borders.The Chinese government attaches great importance to green development and proposes five development concepts including green.In 2016,the central government decided to establish the country’s first national ecological civilization test area in Fujian,and systematically carry out the reform of the ecological civilization test area.Under the trend of industrial ecological development,Fujian Province attaches great importance to industrial green development and the construction of ecological civilization experimental zone.However,industrial energy such as oil and natural gas in Fujian Province is insufficiently self-sufficient.The industrial economic growth with energy as the main production factor leads to a larger energy gap and more serious environmental pollution,which is not conducive to the green development of the industrial economy.Productivity is the focus of economic research and an important indicator for measuring economic growth.To do a good job in the construction of ecological test area in Fujian Province and to maintain sustainable economic development,the article considers environmental energy factors,namely green,on the basis of traditional total factor productivity.Study on the industrial green development of Fujian Province from the perspective of total factor productivity.Based on the relevant research results and the traditional total factor productivity,according to the industrial green development data of various provinces and cities in China from 2007 to 2016 and the industrial sub-industry data of Fujian Province,the paper consider the energy input and environmental pollution to measure the green total factor productivity of the industrial and Fujian industrial sub-sectors in Malmquist-Luenberger index.Meanwhile,according to Malmquist-Luenberger index,the paper analyzes the industrial green development level of Fujian Province,and compares the green development level of the industrial sub-sector in Fujian Province.Based on this,the Eviews model is used to explore the influencing factor of Fujian industrial greendevelopment.According to the empirical results,the suggestions of industrial green development in Fujian Province are given.The results find that: from a national perspective,Fujian’s industrial green development is at an upper level;from the three major categories of industrial sectors in Fujian Province,Fujian’s electricity,gas and water production and supply industries have the highest green total factor productivity,followed by the mining industry and finally the manufacturing industry.When exploring the reasons for the low total factor productivity of the manufacturing industry,it is found that the high-quality industries in Fujian Province are mainly clean industries,high-tech industries,and more mature industries.The low-quality industries are mainly traditional polluting industries and labor intensive industry.Based on this,it is found that industrial development level,technological progress,degree of marketization,foreign capital structure and environmental regulation have an important pulling effect on the industrial green total factor productivity of Fujian Province.In the end,the paper proposes: adjusting industrial structure,eliminating backward production capacity,upgrading industrial development level;attaching importance to scientific and technological innovation,strengthening the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation;attaching importance to clean energy production,strengthening financial policy support,forming advantageous industries;actively introducing high-quality foreign investment,optimizing foreign investment and distribution structure;strengthen heavy penalties for environmental violations,increase energy conservation and emission reduction。... |
