As the urbanization process accelerates, the environmental problems caused by it have gradually become more prominent, and the huge harm caused by air pollution to the respiratory system has been noticed by humans.Green land is part of the urban environment,Closely related to the health of residents. In recent years, people have paid more and more attention to the health benefits of urban green space.Unfortunately, the topic of whether there is a relationship between green land and respiratory health is still controversial. Most studies focus on the size of the green space and ignore the impact of the internal structure of the green space on respiratory health.Based on a questionnaire survey on the living environment and health status of Shanghai residents, this study obtained data on respiratory health status of Shanghai residents and used this as the dependent variable.Taking the green space around and inside the community where the respondent lives as the independent variable, the sociodemographic characteristics such as the age and sex of the respondent and the air pollution profile around the living environment were used as covariates, and then logistic regression analysis was performed to explore the the link between urban green space and the prevalence of respiratory system in the past year.On the premise that there is a correlation between green space and respiratory health, the research focuses on three aspects: the size of urban green space, the internal community and phenological structure of the green space, and the ability of the green space to adsorb air pollutants PM2.5.Studies have proved that urban green space exerts positive effects on the respiratory health of urban residents through the scale, community structure and internal vegetation of green space. The higher the vegetation coverage of the surrounding green space, the better the respiratory health of the residents. In the green space community structure, the benefit of green space with threelayer community structure on respiratory health is greater than that of two-layer community structure and that of single-layer community structure. The higher the adsorption capacity of the vegetation in the green space, the better the respiratory health of the residents. The composite three-layer community structure promotes the health benefits brought by green space coverage, which is stronger than that of single-layer community.Compared with the three-layer structure, the single-layer community structure can enhance the green space adsorption capacity and have a positive effect on health. The conclusion of this paper is helpful to put forward some Suggestions on the renewal and optimization of urban green space from the perspective of planners, and serve as evidence to supplement and guide the future urban green space.
