In this study, the basic theory research and application technology research were combined to study the effect of peanut planting on soil improvement in the wind and sand area.In this study,Fuhua 30 was used as the test variety.Twenty-one sample plots were set up in the sand area by applying top-up n,NK,K and compound fertilizers. After peanut harvest, soil samples of0-20 cm and 20-40 cm were collected to analyze the soil biological indexes of different fertilization treatments in the windblown sand area. The activities of soil urease, catalase and sucrase,as well as soil nutrients such as organic matter, total N,alkali hydrolyzed n,total P,quick acting P,total K and quick acting K were mainly measured. The results showed that compared with the control,long-term fertilization significantly increased soil organic matter,N,P,K nutrient content and soil enzyme activity. The contents of organic matter, alkali hydrolyzed n,P and available K were significantly increased in the aeolian sand area. The changes of soil enzyme activity in the wind sand area were significantly higher than that in the control. The correlation analysis of soil enzyme activity and soil nutrients in windblown sand area showed that urease activity was positively correlated with soil organic matter, total N,alkali hydrolyzed n,available P and available K content;invertase activity was positively correlated with soil organic matter, total N,alkali hydrolyzed N and available P content;catalase activity was positively correlated with soil alkali hydrolyzed N content There was a significant positive correlation between organic matter and total P content. The results of yield analysis showed that fertilization increased crop yield in different degrees.Through the study of this experiment, the application of fertilizer improved the physical and chemical properties of the soil in the windblown sand area, enhanced the content of soil nutrients and the activity of soil enzymes, increased the productivity of the soil, played the role of increasing production, and effectively prevented the soil from deteriorating in the windblown sand area. The results showed that the application of compound fertilizer could improve soil fertility, increase peanut yield and prevent desertification. There are 21 pictures,10 tables and 95 references in this paper.
