A series of problems that soil nutrient and quality were degraded by unreasonable use of fertilizer and farming unreasonable produced have seriously restricted the development of modern agriculture,Many researchers have done a lot of research work on fertilization management and tillage methods in the field, and have gained major research results. However, there is relatively little research on the combination of tillage and chemical fertilizer reduction. With the national emphasis on soil health and food safety degree continuously improve, chemical fertilizer reduction during the period of"13th Five-Year"has risen to the national strategy. This study on the basis of previous work, corn soybean rotation conditions in the light of the northern region of continuous cropping crops make use of vermicompost to replace part of fertilizer, and to investigate its effect on soil microbial activity, soil nutrient research which has important significance for ensuring the healthy development of the soil ecosystem. This study carried out a two-year chemical fertilizer reduction test under the rotation conditions,we have set 7 experimental treatments of single application of organic manure, organic manure and chemical fertilizer.Through the analysis of the experimental data for two years, the results are as follows:?1?Soil organic matter, total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium increased to varying degrees under different fertilization treatments significantly increased the CK,and the organic with inorganic fertilizer than organic fertilizer significantly increased the fertilization and sequencing of soil nutrient effect was T3>M3>T2>M2>T1>M1>CK.?2?Under the rotation conditions, dynamic changes of soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen are closely related and showed the same, there are significant differences between different treatments of soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content, each fertilization treatments significantly increased soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content, organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer treatment could significantly improve soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen the content, and was significantly higher than that of single organic fertilizer effect.?3?Under the principle of fertilizer reduction and fertilizer application in rotation conditions, organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer treatment can significantly improve the soil urease, invertase, acid phosphatase and catalase activity, and its activity in the organic and inorganic correlation between the catalase activity and amount of fertilizer.Under the same fertilization conditions, compared with the two rotation methods,soybean-maize rotation significantly increased soil urease, sucrase, acid phosphatase and catalase activity.?4?Under the every fertilization treatment, soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen and enzyme activity were significantly correlated with soil organic matter, nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium.Under the same fertilization conditions, compared with the two rotation methods, soybean corn rotation can better maintain soil quality.T3treatment(organic fertilizer 15 t/hm2+fertilizer?N 120 kg/hm2+P2O5 7 kg/hm2+K2O 71 kg/hm2?had the most significant effect on soil nutrient, soil enzyme activity and soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen, which was beneficial to improve soil condition.
