Research On Influencing Factors Of Public Information Service Quality In Smart Cities From The Perspective Of Information Ecology

The rapid development and widespread popularization of information technology has promoted the change of urban development model.As a new model to solve urban development problems,smart city has gradually entered the public's vision and become a major trend of urban construction in the new era.At present,China's smart city development has entered a critical stage of integration,deepening and upgrading.Related public information service quality issues will have an important impact on the subsequent urban construction,and will also become a key factor restricting the sustainable development of smart cities.Accurate identification and in-depth analysis of the influencing factors on the quality of public information service in smart cities is a necessary condition for improving the quality and level of public information service in smart cities,as well as an inevitable requirement for establishing a service-oriented government centered on public service.The problem of public information service in smart city is also an information ecology problem.Studying the quality of public information service in smart city from the perspective of information ecology is helpful to provide new ideas for the research of information service in smart city.This paper explores the influencing factors of public information service quality in smart cities from the perspective of information ecology,and constructs the influencing factor model of public information service quality in smart cities.First of all,this paper analyzes and summarizes the research status of smart city and public information service at home and abroad,and explains the connotation and characteristics of smart city,information service and public information service in smart city,and analyzes the relationship between smart city public information service and information ecology on this basis.Secondly,based on the theory of information ecology,the factors affecting the quality of public information service in smart cities are extracted by referring to relevant literature,and the research hypothesis is proposed to build the hypothesis model of influencing factors.Then,based on the model of influencing factors of public information service quality in smart cities proposed in this paper,questionnaires were designed and distributed.SPSS,AMOS and other software were used to analyze the questionnaire data and test the model.Finally,based on the results of data analysis and model validation,Suggestions are put forward from the four dimensions of information ecology of smart cities.The data analysis results show that service personnel,public information,external environment and internal environment have significant positive effects on the gap of public information service quality in smart cities.Information technology and user factors have a significant positive effect on the gap of public information service quality in smart cities.The quality gap of public information service in smart city has a regulating effect on the effect of public information service in smart city.The public information service quality model of smart city constructed in this study is in a reasonable range.On this basis,corresponding Suggestions are proposed for the four dimensions of information ecology of smart city public information service,aiming at promoting the sustainable development of smart city public information service ecosystem.
